Returns and Exchanges
At LEDs Plus EVs, we aim to ensure you always receive the correct and perfect lighting solution. If, however, you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, receive the wrong item, or discover damage to your product upon delivery, please feel free to return it. Return and Restocking Guidelines
We stand by the quality of our products at LEDs Plus EVs and are committed to customer satisfaction. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, and inform us within 14 days from the date you received the product, we'll offer you a refund, replacement, or store credit. Please note, a restocking fee of 20% is applicable for all returns not resulting from an error on our part in merchandising or shipping. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. All returned items must be in their original packaging, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Exceptions to our return policy include, but are not limited to, linear fluorescent bulbs that are 49 inches or longer, special orders, orders shipped outside the continental U.S., and items delivered by a common carrier. Please contact us by email or at (207) 712-2856 for a Returned Material Authorization before sending back any products. We reserve the right to limit the number of delivery attempts due to factors such as damage, loss, or theft.

Incorrect and Damaged Shipments
Should you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will, at our discretion, either replace the item or issue a refund, including shipping costs, if the error was ours or if the item was damaged during shipping. We ask that you note any visible damage, shortage, or incorrect item upon delivery when signing for the package, and report any claims for replacement or credit within 14 days of delivery.

To return a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us by email or at (207) 712-2856 to obtain a Returned Material Authorization. For damaged orders, please keep the original packaging and all packing materials for potential inspection by the shipping carrier or for return to LEDs Plus EVs. We may limit delivery attempts in cases of a negative delivery history, including, but not limited to, issues of damage, loss, or theft.
