Shipping Policy Overview

We understand the importance of cost-effective lighting solutions. That's why at LEDs Plus EVs, we're delighted to offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on orders over $99.

Standard Shipping Details For orders less than $99 within the 48 contiguous states, LEDs Plus EVs charges a flat rate of $11.95 for ground shipping. We also provide expedited shipping options (Next Day, 2nd Day, etc.) at an additional cost, which is calculated based on the shipment's final weight. Depending on the package's size and weight, we may use a different shipping carrier. Orders shipped outside the contiguous 48 states, including to Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. Territories, will incur extra shipping and handling fees.

Orders placed by 4 p.m. Eastern Standard Time with items in stock will be dispatched the same day, from Monday to Friday. Please note that shipping and handling fees, including any freight charges, are non-refundable unless an error in shipping or merchandising by LEDs Plus EVs occurs.

Out-of-Stock and Backordered Items Should any item be out of stock at the time of your order, available products will be shipped immediately, and any backordered items will follow with no extra shipping cost once restocked.

Canada Shipments Shipments to Canada are subject to shipping fees based on the order's weight. Customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and other governmental charges, payable via credit card or wire/ACH/bank transfer at shipment time.

Note: We only ship linear fluorescent lamps in case quantities, and certain items cannot be shipped to Canada, including:

  • 8' Fluorescent Linear Lamps
  • T5 lamps over 4' in length
  • Fixtures

International Orders For orders outside the 50 United States and Canada, a minimum purchase of $100.00 (U.S.) is required. LEDs Plus EVs ships these orders via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or a U.S. freight forwarder chosen by the customer, with additional shipping costs. The customer assumes title and risk of loss upon delivery to the freight forwarder and is responsible for all taxes, duties, and charges imposed by government agencies, payable via credit card or bank transfer at the time of shipment.
